Instagram Daily Photo Goodness and False eyelashes. Oh My!

WARNING: This post was supposed to be a short post. It has turned into a long random post about picture stuff. You're welcome!!

No Links I'm loving today. I'm WAY behind on my blog reader so I haven't had a chance to get this down! BUT I did want to share with you something fun and neat! 

So... I'm on Instagram. Sorta. It's a complicated way for me to do it, but let me explain. My iPad camera is horrible so I usually take photos with my droid phone (or sometimes with Dave's iPhone because it takes better quality photos than my crummy droid) then I email it to myself and download it to my iPad and then play with PicStitch, Phonto (thanks Will for sharing that with me) and then Instagram. So this can make for not as many fun photos on Instagram as I'd like because sometimes, 4 hours later, I'm not as excited about that photo I took at the mall of the shoes I want to buy and to share with the world. 

Anywho.... A few days ago, all my twitter friends were all a buzz about the #FebPhotoADay challenge. You don't win anything... unless you count SWEET photos for a whole month cause you do win that. So yep. I'm in on it. 

Here is the list of prompts to follow and my interpretation of them. I don't plan on posting them every day. I'll forget. But you can follow my instagram feed and check them and all my other photos out.

Oh and because I thought it would be fun I'm also doing this challenge. The False Lash February Challenge that Natalie is doing. I'm 2 days behind but thats ok. I'll add them to March. I've only ever worn false lashes for weddings and stuff but I wanted to try this. I had a few extra pairs from Brina's wedding last year so I thought Heck! Why Not? So here I am. Wearing false eyelashes at work. These darn things are so long that they hit my glasses. This will be fun, right? Maybe I'll get better at it. I hope.

Wanna know what colors I'm wearing for my pseudo smokey eye look today? I thought so, thats why I took a photo of the color names before leaving the house so I could tell you. I used eyeshadow, bronzer and blush from my Tarte Cosmetic The Starlet Limited-Edition Makeup Vanity that hubs got me for Christmas (and I LOOOVVEEE and am so thankful he read my wishlist). Shadows used: Cameo - All over entire eyelid, Trophy - over outer edge and mid eyelid, Timeless - over outer edge and mid eyelid, Popular - over eyebrow and inner eye. Used an eyeliner brush and used Timeless as my eyeliner on upper and lower and used Popular as eyeliner on inner lower lashes for dimension or something. Bronzer - Park Avenue Princess and Blush - Starlet. I used a makeup sponge to apply them because my regular makeup bag was in my car and that is where my makeup brushes live. OH!!! And my lip gloss is a super cheapy $1.99 from Walgreens Jordana Lip Out Loud Super Shiny Gloss in 103 XOXO (looks like it would be Apple Red). It tastes like the cheap makeup I used to wear when I was 13 and would buy cheap make up but thats because it IS cheap makeup but it's cute.
